We serve a diverse population, including adults and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities, complex care needs, behavioral health challenges, and more. Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Program Director for Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) programs. In this vital leadership role, you will oversee the development, implementation, and management of programs designed to support individuals with developmental disabilities. Duties Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of IDD programs to meet organizational goals and community needs. Manage program budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize impact. Supervise staff members, including social workers and behavioral health specialists, providing guidance and performance feedback. Develop and maintain strong relationships with participants' families, community partners, and service providers. Oversee compliance with all regulatory requirements and organizational policies to ensure quality standards are met consistently. Facilitate staff training on best practices in social work, behavioral health interventions, and developmental disabilities support strategies. Monitor program outcomes through data analysis and reporting to continuously improve service delivery. Experience Proven management experience in program development or administration within social work or healthcare settings. Extensive working knowledge of services for individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs. Demonstrated success in supervising teams and managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders. Strong relationship management skills to collaborate effectively with families, community agencies, and internal teams. Experience in budgeting, administrative oversight, and ensuring compliance with state or federal regulations related to disability services. Background in social work or related fields with a focus on developmental disabilities preferred.
