Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Property Management Assistant to join our team! This energetic role is vital in supporting the daily operations of our property management department, ensuring smooth leasing processes, compliance and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Assist with leasing activities, including property tours, application processing, and lease signing. Manage tenant relations by responding promptly to inquiries, resolving conflicts, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent phone etiquette and personalized service. Support property maintenance coordination by tracking work orders, liaising with vendors, and ensuring timely completion of repairs. Maintain accurate data entry of tenant information, lease details, and payment records within Rent Manager or other property management software. Prepare legal documents such as contracts, lease agreements, and notices while ensuring compliance with landlord-tenant law and other legal administrative requirements. Conduct regular filing of tenant records, inspection reports, and correspondence to ensure organized documentation. Assist in marketing efforts by upselling available units or amenities to prospective tenants and supporting property leasing initiatives. Requirements Bilingual-Eng & Span No experience necessary, will train the right person.
Pay:
$19.00 - $22.00 per hour
