We are seeking a motivated and dependable Facility Manager to oversee daily operations at our self storage property in D'Iberville, MS. This role is ideal for someone with prior self storage experience or a strong background in management who enjoys both operational responsibility and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of the facility, including leasing units and customer service Maintain high occupancy levels through effective sales and marketing efforts Conduct outreach in the local community to build relationships and drive new business Ensure the property is clean, secure, and well-maintained Handle administrative tasks such as reporting, collections, and account management Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues in a professional manner

Qualifications:

Previous self storage management experience preferred Management or supervisory experience required Strong communication and customer service skills Self-starter with the ability to work independently Comfortable with local marketing and community outreach Basic computer skills and ability to learn management software
