Job Description

We're looking to add to our team in Bozeman, MT! We are a growing property management company and looking for exceptional people to drive our company forward and advance in their careers. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The property manager is responsible for all aspects of the property, including but not limited to:
LEADERSHIP
Hire, mentor, and lead team members Complete performance appraisals with team members Develop & refine policy & procedure within the company to reflect industry best practices
COMPLIANCE
Comply with all governmental, lender, and company policies, procedures, and regulations.
UNIT LEASING
Show available apartment units to prospective residents Prepare leases & execute with prospective residents
RESIDENT MANAGEMENT
Maintain a high level of resident satisfaction Prepare & distribute resident notices Perform unit walk-throughs & inspections Oversee and handle resident inquiries
PROPERTY MAINTENANCE
Oversee all aspects of preventive as well as responsive property maintenance Manage vendors to ensure work is completed correctly and on time Ensure work orders are created & effectively managed Complete minor maintenance tasks as needed
OFFICE MANAGEMENT
Answer telephones & return calls as appropriate Keep filing/document management system for electronic and paper documents organized & compliant with company & governmental agency file management requirements Process Accounts Payable Receipt payments & complete periodic bank deposits Monitor and order office supplies Distribute/file all incoming mail Perform errands that assist daily functions
OTHER TASKS, AS ASSIGNED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS AND LICENSES
Essential Overall Skills Cheerful presence and strong people skills Superior phone skills Dependable Professional Enthusiastic Organized Excellent communication skills Self-starter who can work independently Technologically literate with strong computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite Beneficial Property management experience Team leadership experience Sales experience Bookkeeping experience
