What You'll Do:
Support the day-to-day operations of a multifamily apartment community Build strong relationships with residents and deliver exceptional customer service Assist with rent collections, delinquency management, payment plans, and resident communications Support leasing, renewals, and resident retention efforts Process resident paperwork, reports, deposits, and administrative tasks accurately and timely Maintain resident files and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, and occupancy goals Help oversee community operations and step into a leadership role when the Community Manager is unavailable

What We're Looking For:
Previous property management, leasing, or assistant manager experience preferred Strong resident relations and customer service skills Experience with collections, delinquency management, and lease administration Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities Experience with Yardi or other property management software preferred Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Leadership potential and a desire to grow within the multifamily industry Bilingual Fluency (English/Spanish) a plus!
