Dayrise Residential The Assistant Community Manager plays a critical role in supporting the Community Manager in the daily operations, leasing activities, financial processes, and resident experience of the community. This position is ideal for a service-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing administrative responsibilities with resident interaction. You will help ensure the overall success of the property by supporting leasing efforts, managing resident communications, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with financial and operational functions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities of Ideal Candidate:
Collection of rent payments and management of customer service Address the concerns of current and prospective residents in a friendly and professional manner. Tours and leases apartments as necessary Leads communication with delinquent residents. This may involve lease termination and legal action if necessary. Assist in managing the communities' budget by making sound fiscal decisions to increase the net operating income of the community. Help maintain the accuracy of resident ledgers and files. Inspects apartments during move-in and move outs, walking apartments and the community as needed. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned. What you'll need to
Succeed:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written A clear understanding of business concepts, processes and the principles of strategic thinking Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of multifamily operations including people management, financial reporting, problem-solving, sales, maintenance and resident relations. Must be able to access all apartment homes and parts of the community to show the home to potential residents; inspect all areas of community, etc. Ability to visually inspect apartment homes, grounds, and other aspects of the community to determine that standards are met Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize duties and responsibilities Must possess mobility to work in a standard office setting and to use standard office equipment, including a computer, and to attend meetings at various sites 1-3 years of experience in Property Management High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree Preferred Experience in MS Office Word/Excel and basic computer technology skills; OneSite experience Preferred Valid driver's license
