What You'll Do:
Lead the daily operations of a multifamily apartment community Drive occupancy, leasing, renewals, and resident retention Manage community financial performance, including collections, delinquency, and budget adherence Recruit, develop, and coach onsite team members Build positive relationships with residents while resolving concerns professionally and effectively Ensure compliance with company policies, fair housing requirements, and regulatory guidelines Monitor property appearance, curb appeal, and maintenance performance Analyze reports, identify opportunities for improvement, and execute action plans to achieve property goals Partner with regional leadership to maximize community performance and resident satisfaction

What We're Looking For:
Previous Community Manager experience in multifamily property management Strong leadership and team development skills Proven success with occupancy, collections, resident retention, and financial performance Excellent resident relations and customer service abilities Experience managing budgets, reports, and property performance metrics Proficiency with Yardi or other property management software preferred Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment Bilingual Fluency (English/Spanish) a plus! The Ideal Candidate You're a leader who can balance people, operations, and financial performance. You understand that successful communities are built through strong resident relationships, accountable teams, and a relentless focus on results.
