Responsibilities Greet prospective tenants warmly, conduct property tours, and showcase available units to generate leasing interest. Manage leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions with professionalism and enthusiasm. Assist applicants with the leasing process, including application submission, screening, and document collection while adhering to Fair Housing regulations. Maintain accurate data entry in OneSite property management systems, ensuring all tenant records are current and complete. Support lease negotiations, prepare contracts, and explain lease terms clearly to ensure mutual understanding. Coordinate with maintenance teams to facilitate property upkeep and address tenant concerns promptly. Uphold legal administrative standards by managing filing systems, processing paperwork. Handle conflict management tactfully, resolving tenant issues professionally while maintaining positive relationships. Assist with general office duties such as data entry, filing, phone etiquette, and supporting facilities management tasks as needed. Qualifications Excellent customer service skills combined with effective sales techniques and negotiation abilities. Experience working with legal contracts, lease agreements, and administrative documentation in a fast-paced environment. Office experience including data entry, filing systems (physical or digital), and basic facilities management is a plus Exceptional communication skills with professional phone etiquette and conflict resolution capabilities. Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a busy office setting.
