Full Job Description Member Experience Manager The Role:
A growing network of commercial property management spaces is hiring a Member Experience Manager to lead the day-to-day tenant experience in Greensboro, NC. You'll be the on-site face of the space, the person who makes tenants feel welcomed, supported, and genuinely looked after from the moment they walk in. If you're equal parts host, problem-solver, and organizer, and you take pride in running a space that feels warm, professional, and effortlessly well-kept - we'd love to talk. What You'll Do Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for tenants and guests Lead client onboarding and offboarding Plan and host recurring community events Manage on-site mail and package services Conduct tours for prospective tenants Help maintain accurate reporting on tenant occupancy, leads, and overall space activity Ensure space is stocked, clean, and well maintained (including inventory ordering) Coordinate regular maintenance and vendor visits Partner with sales + marketing team on ads, events, and tenant comms (including assisting in social media outreach) What We're Looking For Hospitality and/or customer service background (any level) Strong organization, prioritization, and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication A people-first mindset and steady problem-solving under pressure Bachelor's degree preferred Compensation Competitive base salary plus full benefits.
