- Full-time Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and reliable Property Manager/Maintenance Technician to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of a mobile home park community .
This dual-role position requires a hands-on professional who can manage both the physical upkeep of the communities and handle administrative and tenant-related tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong maintenance skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Duties include but are not limited to: Perform regular mowing, trimming, and edging of lawns. Maintain landscaping, including tree and shrub care. Ensure common areas and green spaces are clean and well-maintained. Respond promptly to work orders and maintenance requests. Oversee vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and services. Enforce community rules and regulations. Issue violation notices and follow up to ensure compliance. Address tenant concerns and complaints in a professional manner. Handle tenant move-ins and move-outs inspections. Enforce payment deadlines and issue late notices. Manage eviction processes in compliance with state laws. Conduct regular property inspections. Monitor and address safety concerns. Foster a positive and safe community environment. Ensure compliance with all local and state housing regulations. Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a focus on conflict management and negotiation. MUST be Bilingual
- Fluent in Spanish /English Familiarity with landlord-tenant law is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and administrative experience. Previous experience in property management and maintenance (mobile home park experience preferred). Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Proficiency in property management software Rent Manager is a PLUS! Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
