Community Manager

Seeking a dynamic Community Manager for a 37 unit senior community in New Bern, NC . This is an exciting yet challenging full-time position (40-hr/wk). Applicant must be friendly, a team player and capable of working with minimal supervision. This position will be responsible for overseeing property operations; increasing and maintaining occupancy levels; ensuring positive tenant relations; managing a maintenance staff; and complying with all reporting requirements. If you possess supervisory and administrative skills, marketing, written and verbal communication plus computer skills, then we need you on our team. Prefer someone with property management experience, but will train the right individual. HUD experience is preferred. Must pass criminal check and drug screening.
