Assistant Self-Storage Property Manager/Floater

Job Overview:

As an Assistant Self Storage Property Manager and Floater, you will be responsible for the day-to-day store operations including: Providing

EXCEPTIONAL

customer service Account management Property upkeep Cleaning Units Unit rentals Processing payments Insurance and retail sales Delinquent accounts collections Floating to our Spring Lake location twice per month and to cover occasional vacation time

Position Requirements:

Ability to work unsupervised Basic computer knowledge a must Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work Saturdays on a rotational schedule Ability to multitask Some light physical activities Experience in sales a plus Collections and delinquent accounts management
