Property Manager

Full-Time Property Manager Salary:

$55,000 - $65,000 per year River Rock Property is a locally owned property management and construction company proudly serving the Fargo-Moorhead area. We are committed to providing exceptional service to our property owners while creating quality homes for our residents. We're looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Property Manager to join our growing team. What You'll Do Manage a portfolio of residential rental properties. Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and residents. Respond to owner and resident questions professionally and promptly. Coordinate maintenance requests with in-house technicians and outside vendors. Conduct move-in, move-out, and periodic property inspections. Review leases, renewals, notices, and resident compliance. Monitor occupancy, lease expirations, and vacancy timelines. Work closely with the leasing team to minimize vacancy loss. Review property financials and owner statements for accuracy. Approve invoices and ensure maintenance expenses remain within budget. Coordinate vendor services and obtain bids when necessary. Handle resident concerns and conflict resolution professionally. Ensure compliance with company policies and Fair Housing regulations. Maintain accurate records using AppFolio property management software. Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other departments. Qualifications Previous property management or related customer service experience preferred. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Excellent organization and time management abilities. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Professional problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. Basic understanding of property maintenance is helpful. Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office; AppFolio experience is a plus.
