Job Description

OXBOW CROSSING OWNERS ASSOCIATION

We are seeking a Community Association Manager who enjoys building relationships and helping communities succeed.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
In this role, you will serve as an important connection between the Board of Directors, homeowners, and service partners. You will help coordinate daily operations and support the long-term goals of the association. The position requires organization, communication, and attention to detail. You will play a key role in ensuring community standards are maintained and that residents receive timely support. Coordinate the daily administration of the association and support the Board of Directors with meetings and community initiatives. Prepare meeting agendas, maintain records, and assist with implementing board decisions. Monitor community maintenance needs and coordinate work with approved vendors and contractors. Respond to homeowner inquiries and provide professional assistance regarding association matters. Help oversee association projects and ensure services are completed according to established expectations.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
We are looking for a professional who enjoys working with people and managing multiple responsibilities. Success in this role requires strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with residents and stakeholders. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable handling both operational and administrative tasks. Experience in community association management or property management is highly valued. Demonstrated knowledge of homeowners associations, community operations, or property management practices. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with residents, board members, and vendors. Experience with budgeting, financial reports, and administrative recordkeeping. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Proficiency with standard office software and community management systems.

$48,995.55 - $58,746.74 per year
