Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to join our vibrant property management team. In this role, you will support the overall operations of residential properties, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction, efficient administrative processes, and compliance with all relevant regulations. Your proactive approach and strong organizational skills will help foster a welcoming community environment while maintaining the property's value and integrity. Responsibilities Assist in managing day-to-day property operations Maintain accurate data entry Coordinate property maintenance requests with facilities management teams and oversee routine inspections to uphold property standards Handle customer service inquiries professionally via phone and in person, resolving conflicts efficiently through effective conflict management techniques Duties Manage and oversee daily office operations, ability to manage multi-line phone systems to ensure clear communication channels. Coordinate scheduling and calendar management for executives and team members, optimizing time and resource allocation. Assist with vendor management by sourcing, negotiating, and maintaining relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of office supplies and services. Organize company events, meetings, and training sessions to promote team development and engagement. Maintain meticulous filing systems—both digital and physical—and ensure compliance with confidentiality standards. Skills Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills. Excellent communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette for front desk interactions. Strong organizational abilities to manage schedules, coordinate events, and handle multiple priorities efficiently. Knowledge of vendor management processes to negotiate contracts and maintain supplier relationships. Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining high standards of confidentiality.
