Full Job Description Job Summary:
The Property Manager is responsible for the daily operations, customer service, and overall management of a self-storage facility. This role ensures the property is well-maintained, units are rented efficiently, and customers receive excellent service. The manager also handles administrative duties, facility upkeep, and revenue generation through effective sales and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the storage facility, including opening and closing the property. Manage unit rentals, process lease agreements, and handle tenant inquiries and concerns. Maintain a clean, secure, and well-maintained property, including regular inspections and coordination of maintenance or repairs. Monitor facility access and security systems to ensure tenant safety and property integrity. Collect rent payments, enforce lease terms, and handle delinquent accounts or evictions in accordance with company policies. Maintain accurate records of occupancy, payments, and inventory using property management software. Provide exceptional customer service and build positive tenant relationships.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in property management, retail, or customer service preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficient in computer applications, including property management software and Microsoft Office. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks. High school diploma or equivalent.
Pay:
$37,000.00 - $41,000.00 per year
