Team Lead - Youth Program (K-6) | Make an Impact! Cheyenne County, NE Part-Time | Up to 30 Hours/Week $20/hour (Based on Experience) About the Role Are you passionate about working with youth and making a difference in your community? We're looking for an energetic and motivated Team Lead to support elementary-aged students (K-6th grade) in a hands-on, engaging learning environment . This role blends leadership, mentorship, program coordination, and community involvement perfectly for someone who enjoys both working with youth and helping programs grow. What You'll Do Lead and supervise groups of K-6th grade students in a structured, positive environment Plan and facilitate interactive, hands-on activities that promote learning and engagement Provide academic support , including homework help and skill-building Teach and reinforce leadership, teamwork, accountability, and positive character traits Create a safe, inclusive, and respectful space for all participants Manage administrative tasks such as attendance tracking, scheduling, and program organization Support recruitment efforts by engaging students, families, and community partners Assist with and help lead fundraising initiatives and events Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality youth programming What We're Looking For Experience working with children, youth programs, or education settings preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to balance hands-on youth engagement with administrative responsibilities Comfortable with community outreach, recruiting, and fundraising support Passion for mentorship, education, and youth development Reliable, positive, and team-oriented mindset Why Join Us?
