Job Description

We're looking for a highly organized, hands-on Assistant Property Manager to help oversee two New Hampshire manufactured home communities and one RV resort. The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the communities, managing staff, reaching and maintaining a 100% occupancy rate, rent collections, property inspections, and rule enforcement of community standards, completion of reporting, working with and supervising vendors, serving as the liaison between the property and the Regional Manager, among others.
