Salary Range:

We are seeking a hands-on Director, Community-Based Services to lead and grow our Keene, NH market. This role is ideal for a leader who enjoys being out in the community, developing people, building employer partnerships, and being accountable for results. What This Role Is This is a local leadership role responsible for leading a team and guiding the growth of the Keene market. As Director, you will:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of employment professionals
• Actively represent WOU in the Keene-area business and community
• Build and maintain relationships with employers and referral partners
• Drive market growth, service delivery, and team performance
• Manage financial performance, including revenue generation and expense control You will split your time between coaching your team and actively working in the field. What You'll Be Doing
• Providing ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance management to your team
• Meeting with local employers to develop employment opportunities for our clients
• Building partnerships with community agencies and state funding sources
• Tracking outcomes and ensuring goals are met or exceeded
• Overseeing the fiscal health of the Keene market What We Are Looking For This role is best suited for someone who brings management maturity and accountability.

Required:

• 3-5 years of experience managing and developing a team
• Demonstrated success meeting performance, growth, or revenue-related goals
• Comfort working in the community and building external relationships
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to use technology to manage workflow and outcomes Preferred (not required):
• Experience in human services, workforce development, or nonprofit leadership
