In order to apply for this position, the following qualifications are needed: Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology or related field required. Minimum four (4) years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in residential settings; Three (3) years of experience in a supervisory or management capacity, with experience in mental health and behavioral supports; Ability to work afternoons, evenings, and weekends Ability to participate in an on-call rotation for scheduling to ensure staff coverage We are seeking Residential Services Directors to provide oversight of residential programs for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This position provides supervision to residential staff to ensure appropriate and meaningful services are provided for individuals supported. Provide routine inspections, ensures adequate staffing schedules Coaches staff through training and development Completes performance reviews Assists in developing services for individuals supported Supports the intake process Coordinates with Case Management regarding the completion of medical appointments Follows up on GER reports Serves as a point of contact for families and guardians Coordinates and schedules NJISP meetings Oversees the administration of site budgets Monitors the completion of program documentation Qualifications
