We are currently seeking a Property Manager at the Grand Apartments , a beautiful 564-unit luxury residential apartment community located in Cherry Hill, NJ.
Job Responsibilities include:
Manages and supervises the administration, improvement, maintenance, and general operations of residential properties. Supervise all property staff Designs, schedules, and coordinates general upkeep, major repairs, remodeling, or construction projects of the property. Determine whether repairs and/or maintenance are needed based on regular inspections of the grounds, facilities, and equipment. Acts as the liaison between onsite staff, tenants, and owners Oversee property maintenance, unit turns, and grounds operations Oversee leasing, marketing, and collections. Handle tenant complaints and property issues Inspect property on a regular basis to ensure that everything is performing according to standards Handle emergency situations as they arise Vendor negotiations Review and approve invoices. Develops and presents detailed budgets and financial reports on the property. Maintains property records including sales, rental or usage activity; maintenance and operating costs; special permits issued; and property availability. Describes and imposes guidelines, rules, and regulations to tenants, visitors, and the community. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Five years of Property Management experience managing at least 300 units required. Proficiency with a property management software; YARDI preferred Strong computer skills; proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong mathematical skills Effectively able manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Develop and implement policies and procedures as needed Ability to manage, lead and oversee a large staff in a dynamic environment. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the capacity to work effectively both independently and collaboratively with individuals inside and outside the organization Excellent organizational, administrative, & communication skills Basic understanding of the materials, methods, and tools used to construct and repair buildings and infrastructure of properties. Knowledge of property management laws, guidelines, and industry best practices. We offer an excellent salary and benefits package, plus a very generous commission incentive/ bonus structure!
