This leadership role is ideal for a motivated professional who is passionate about enhancing the quality of life of others, fostering a safe and supportive environment, and empowering individuals to achieve greater independence. The Residential Manager will oversee staff, ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate person-centered services, and serve as a strong advocate for the individuals we support. What You'll Do Supervise and support Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) Oversee daily residential operations and staffing Ensure quality care, safety, and compliance with DDD, DHS, and licensing regulations Coordinate appointments, transportation, medications, and case management Develop and implement Individual Service Plans (ISPs) Respond to behavioral incidents and crisis situations Advocate for residents while promoting independence and community inclusion Maintain accurate documentation and reports Must be at least 21 years old High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Special Education, or a related field with 2 years of relevant experience preferred Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities preferred Supervisory experience preferred Valid New Jersey driver's license with a good driving record Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills Requirements Ability to complete CPR/First Aid, Medication Administration, and required DDD trainings Ability to implement crisis management techniques when necessary Must meet all state background screening requirements Why Join EIHAB?
