This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on property management professional who is organized, dependable, and ready to take ownership of daily property operations. The ideal candidate will have strong resident relations skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and experience overseeing the day-to-day needs of a residential apartment community. Fairlawn Promenade is a great opportunity for a Property Manager who enjoys working onsite, building strong relationships with residents and staff, and ensuring the property is maintained and operated in a professional, efficient, and service-focused manner. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the residential apartment community Provide leadership and support to onsite staff Maintain strong resident relations and respond to resident concerns in a professional and timely manner Walk the property, buildings, grounds, and vacant units regularly to assess operational needs Coordinate with maintenance teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure work is completed properly and timely Oversee unit turns, move-outs, inspections, and general property readiness Follow up on resident issues, work orders, lease matters, and operational concerns Review, approve, and code bills appropriately Complete and review weekly and monthly reports Ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing requirements, safety standards, and applicable laws Communicate effectively with residents, employees, vendors, and upper management Support leasing, resident retention, and overall community satisfaction Respond to property needs, emergencies, and occasional after-hours matters as needed Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of property management experience required Residential property management experience strongly preferred Yardi experience is a plus Strong leadership, organization, follow-through, and problem-solving skills Excellent resident relations and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced onsite environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel Working knowledge of maintenance operations, unit turns, inspections, and property readiness preferred Must be reliable, professional, and able to work fully onsite Pay and Benefits Salary range: $60,000 - $70,000 per year Higher compensation may be considered based on experience and overall qualifications Health insurance Dental insurance Life insurance Paid time off 401(k) Schedule Full-time Monday through Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM In-person position
