Company Overview Cedarcrest Property Management specializes in managing the day-to-day operations of Condominium and Homeowner Associations. Our focus is on delivering exceptional customer service while working closely with the Board of Trustees of each community to ensure smooth and efficient property management.
Job description:
We are seeking an experienced Property Director for an immediate opening to become a part of our team.
Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison between HOA Board Members, Home Owners & Vendors Present monthly management reports including updates on administrative items, financial situation and condition of the property Respond to, investigate and resolve all home owner concerns to achieve a high level of customer service Monitor and ensure compliance with all by-laws and regulations of the communities Provide on-site inspections of properties Supervise & communicate with on-site vendors/service providers Attend Board meetings, virtually & in-person Be available to answer & direct vendors/service providers for after-hours emergencies
Qualifications:
Must have prior Condominium/HOA management experience Ability to build rapport with Board Members and home owners Ability to work with multiple vendors Ability to multitask and prioritize Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Pay:
$85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
