Job Description

About the Opportunity A well-established real estate organization is seeking a Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of its portfolio. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining high-quality properties while delivering an exceptional tenant experience. Responsibilities Prepare and manage property budgets, CAM reconciliations, and monthly financial reporting Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and financial performance of assigned properties Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and lease-related matters Manage lease administration including renewals, rent collections, and tenant move-in/move-out processes Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and maintenance teams to ensure timely repairs and property upkeep Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety, building codes, and company standards Support leasing efforts by coordinating showings and marketing vacant units Manage tenant improvement projects and capital expenditure initiatives Maintain accurate records in property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, RealPage, or MRI) Qualifications 3+ years of property management experience (residential, commercial, or mixed-use) Strong knowledge of lease agreements, landlord/tenant laws, and fair housing regulations Proficiency with property management software Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple properties and prioritize competing demands Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and variance analysis Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
