Optimize. Make an Impact. We're seeking a driven, experienced Property Manager to oversee a multi-site affordable housing portfolio in Paterson, NJ . What You'll Do Financial & Operational Leadership Drive rent collection, occupancy, and NOI performance Manage budgets, variance reporting, and expense control Oversee accounts payable and financial accuracy Maximize revenue while ensuring program compliance (LIHTC, HUD, Section 8) Property & Maintenance Oversight Conduct daily inspections to maintain asset quality Lead maintenance operations, work orders, and unit turns Ensure properties are always inspection-ready Support capital planning and cost-saving initiatives Resident Experience & Compliance Deliver exceptional resident service and retention strategies Manage waitlists, recertifications, and leasing compliance Ensure full compliance with LIHTC, HUD, and Fair Housing regulations Team Leadership Lead, coach, and develop on-site staff (leasing + maintenance) Create a culture of accountability, service, and performance Train team on compliance, systems (RealPage OneSite), and operations What We're Looking For ✔ 3+ years Property Management experience (Affordable Housing
REQUIRED
) ✔ LIHTC Certification (REQUIRED) ✔ Strong knowledge of HUD, Section 8, and compliance programs ✔ Proven ability to manage financials, occupancy, and team performance ✔ Experience with RealPage OneSite or similar systems ✔ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills ✔ Ability to manage multi-site operations and adapt in dynamic environments
Schedule Monday-Friday:
8:30 AM
