Job Description

We're looking for a Property Manager to join our fast-growing organization. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the property management field and be able to maintain a proficient working knowledge of real estate laws and practices. Property Manager is responsible for all leasing, social media and renewal of leases. This position will require day-to-day decisions related to the daily operations of our properties and the maintenance crews that work there. A successful candidate will have strong decision-making skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively under pressure.
Responsibilities:
The main responsibility is leasing and keeping the property at a high occupancy at all times. Interpret and apply laws, rules, and regulations that govern property management and maintenance. Conduct routine inspections of properties to ensure construction and maintenance standards are maintained. Interact with contractors, vendors, and other professional service providers; such as attorneys and vendors; to ensure property management is in compliance with laws, rules, and regulations. Manage all aspects of the property to ensure profitability. Provide a safe environment for guests, owners, and employees; including acting as an access control enforcement agent when required. Manage inventory levels of supplies on hand or re-stocked based on planning schedules or requests by the property management staff.
