We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Property Manager to oversee operations at The Dillon, a premier luxury market-rate apartment community in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The ideal candidate will be a polished professional with strong leadership skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to operational excellence. Founded in 1999, PacifiCap owns and operates multifamily communities throughout the western United States, with a commitment to excellence, professionalism, and exceptional resident service. What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Property Manager in the multifamily industry Professional and polished appearance - dress to impress every day Strong leadership and team development skills Positive attitude and ability to foster a strong team culture Dependable, reliable, and punctual Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills Exceptional organizational and time management skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams Experience with RealPage products is strongly preferred Strong understanding of leasing, collections, resident relations, and property operations Experience managing budgets, financial reporting, and expense control Ability to analyze reports and implement strategies to improve occupancy and revenue Weekend availability as needed What You'll Do Oversee all daily operations of the community Lead, coach, and develop onsite team members Ensure exceptional customer service and resident satisfaction Drive occupancy, leasing performance, and resident retention Monitor and manage rent collections, delinquency, and lease enforcement Prepare, analyze, and manage budgets, financial reports, and monthly variance reports Ensure compliance with company policies and fair housing regulations Conduct regular property inspections to maintain curb appeal and asset preservation Manage vendor relationships and oversee maintenance operations Review and approve invoices, purchase orders, and contracts Develop and execute marketing and outreach initiatives Maintain accurate records and reporting through company systems What We Offer Competitive salary Performance-based bonus opportunities Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance after 60 days of employment 401(k) retirement plan eligibility after 6 months Paid time off and company holidays Opportunities for professional growth and advancement The opportunity to lead one of Albuquerque's premier luxury apartment communities If you are a motivated leader with a passion for property management and a commitment to excellence, we encourage you to apply today and become part of The Dillon team.
