Job Description

ADID Care is seeking a dedicated and caring individual for Residential Manager.
Job Summary:
The Supported Living Residential Manager position is a combination of Quality Assurance, Supported Living home supervising, and Supported Living support. This position reports to the Director of Supported Living and Supported Living Service Coordinators. They will work with the Quality Assurance team, Nursing Department and Direct Support Professionals to ensure ADID is providing quality services, following DDSD Standards, and following our mission statement. The Residential Manager is responsible for a wide variety of tasks and projects, including, but not limited to: Coordinate and manage Individual Support Plans (ISPs) Ensure compliance with DDSD Service Standards and QA requirements Supervise, schedule, and support Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) Review documentation (Progress Notes, MARs, Health Tracking, GERs) Support medical appointments and medication oversight Maintain home operations (cleanliness, food supply, scheduling) Attend house meetings, IDT meetings, and on‑call rotation Communicate incidents and key updates with leadership and IDT members
Qualifications:
Must be 21+ years old High school diploma or GED required Minimum 1 year experience supporting individuals with I/DD (or related degree) Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills Basic computer skills Meets
DDSD DSP
Supervisor qualifications
Additional Requirements:
Clear criminal background check (State and Federal) Ability to work on‑call (daytime/evenings/weekends) Completion of required DDSD trainings and Qualifications Commitment to ethical standards and quality care

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
