Community Support Specialist (CSS) Job Summary TeamBuilders Behavioral Health is seeking a compassionate and motivated Community Support Specialist (CSS) to join our team in Taos, NM. In this role, you will provide direct, community-based support to individuals experiencing mental health challenges, helping them build skills, access resources, and improve their overall quality of life. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about making a difference and enjoys working one-on-one with clients in a dynamic, community setting.
