Senior Property Manager - 3+ Year Residential Property Management Experience Required

Senior Property Manager Established Residential Property Management firm is looking for a Licensed Property Manager to join our Las Vegas team. As a licensed property manager, you will be responsible for the day to day management of close to 300 single family properties and will work with a support team including assistant pm's, maintenance, accounting and sales/marketing teams to provide a high level of customer service. This position requires a person who is a self-starter and can be detail oriented. Applicant needs to possess solid verbal and written communication skills; time management skills; and is not afraid of taking the initiative in order to reach goals.

Requirements:

(3) Years minimum Residential Property Management Experience Real Estate License (in Good Standing) or in completion process Real Estate Property Management License (in Good Standing) or in completion process Local, State & National Realtor Board Member (in Good Standing) or in completion process Working vehicle transportation Cellular Telephone with email receiving capabilities and professional voicemail Submit to criminal background and credit check as well as verification of references

Senior Manager Key Responsabilities:

Conduct all real estate activities in accordance with the Local, State & Federal Real Estate laws and guidelines In accordance with GWM SOP's, supervise the day to day operations of the assigned office portfolio including portfolio staff Hire and Train Portfolio staff and provide written counseling in accordance with HR guidelines Be the direct representative between GWM and Portfolio Landlords Maintain excellent communication standards between GWM and clients/customers Assist staff in solving complex Landlord/Tenant and Property requests Ensure all legal or administrative requests are handle in a timely manner Focus on the tracking and reporting of Portfolio Key Principle Indicators (KPIs)

Compensation:

This position offers a competitive package, including base pay ($7,000 - $8,000 per/month), attainable bonuses, and benefits that include health insurance, PTO, and transportation allowances.
