Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Entry-Level Community Manager to support the daily operations of a residential property community. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, maintaining a welcoming environment, and gaining hands-on experience in property management and resident relations. Key Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for residents, providing excellent customer service Will be floating in between properties Assist with resident inquiries, requests, and concerns in person, by phone, and via email Support leasing activities, including scheduling tours and assisting with applications Help maintain positive relationships with residents to foster a strong sense of community Assist with move-ins, move-outs, and resident onboarding Coordinate and communicate community updates, notices, and events Support basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping Assist in tracking maintenance requests and follow up to ensure timely resolution Help ensure the property adheres to company policies and community rules Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in real estate, hospitality, or business is a plus) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer-service mindset with a friendly, professional demeanor Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask Comfortable using basic office software and property management systems Benefits 30% housing discount Paid time off Paid holidays Paid sick time 401K Matching Health Benefits (including dental and vision)
