Apartments Property Manager $60,000 - $70,000 per year | Full-Time | On-Site About the Role We are looking for an experienced, people-first Property Manager to lead daily operations at our residential community. You will oversee leasing, maintenance coordination, resident relations, and compliance — serving as the operational backbone of our community. The right candidate brings a genuine passion for service, strong organizational skills, and the confidence to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Compensation & Benefits $60,000 - $70,000 depending on experience Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and paid holidays Housing assistance (based on eligibility and availability) Professional development including paid trade classes Responsibilities Manage all aspects of leasing including tours, application processing, and presenting available units to prospective residents Oversee rent collection, lease renewals, and lease enforcement in compliance with Fair Housing regulations and landlord-tenant law Coordinate maintenance and facilities management using Yardi, OneSite, or similar platforms to track work orders and ensure timely resolution Maintain accurate records related to LIHTC, Section 8 vouchers, and other affordable housing programs Serve as the primary point of contact for resident inquiries, responding promptly and professionally Negotiate and manage vendor contracts for repairs, landscaping, security, and other property services Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws, Section 8 requirements, and local building codes Mediate and resolve conflicts between residents or staff to maintain a positive community atmosphere Requirements Experience in property management Knowledge of landlord-tenant law and Fair Housing regulations Proficiency in Appfolio or similar property management software; CMMS experience a plus Strong communication, marketing, and customer service skills Highly organized with solid administrative and data entry abilities Experience in facilities or maintenance coordination is a strong advantage
