Job Description

Operations & Property Management DirectorPosition Overview We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Operations & Property Management Director to oversee the daily operations of our growing property management company. This leadership role is responsible for managing department managers, virtual assistants, and in-house employees, totaling approximately 15 team members. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of property management experience, along with experience in operations management, human resources, or team leadership. This individual must be professional, accountable, organized, and capable of leading with confidence and authority while fostering a positive and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the company and ensure all departments are functioning efficiently. Manage and support two department managers, virtual assistants, and in-house staff. Monitor employee performance, productivity, and workload to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time. Address and resolve escalated issues, providing guidance and solutions to both staff and clients. Develop, implement, and maintain operational procedures and company standards. Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, employee development, and other HR-related functions. Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews. Ensure exceptional customer service and professional communication standards are maintained throughout the organization. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accountability, and overall team performance. Maintain a strong understanding of property management operations and compliance requirements. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of property management experience required. Experience in operations management, human resources, team leadership, or a related management role. Proven ability to lead and manage multiple teams and departments. Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Professional demeanor with the confidence to make decisions and hold team members accountable. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize competing responsibilities. Reliable, committed, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic. Proficient in office technology, administrative systems, and business software.
