As the Residential Manager, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through: Oversee the provision of care to ensure the health, safety and welfare of the clients. Develop and coordinate the schedule of residential client activities as appropriate (medical, educational, group interventions, counseling, social, recreational). Provide bi-weekly supervision to all assigned staff and monthly supervision to assigned relief staff. Supervision can be provided via a combination of individual and group meetings. Provide more frequent supervision sessions, as necessary, for employees experiencing job performance issues and/or employees in their introductory employment period. Complete performance evaluations on all assigned staff. Conduct monthly staff meetings with total staff. The Evening Manager will participate in staff meetings for all residential programs. Participate in all treatment meetings regarding clients together with the treatment team. Oversee the overnight reporting system, as assigned. Review client logs and communication logs and follow-up accordingly. Conduct and ensure documentation of fire drills on a monthly basis. Participate in intake reviews and permanency planning meetings, as required. Work with the nursing staff to ensure client s medical needs, including appointments, are met.
Residential Manager Minimum Salary:
$ 25.00/hour
Residential Manager Maximum Salary:
$ 30.00/hour
Residential Manager Schedule:
Monday•Friday (35 hours/week) May require some evening/night and/or weekend availability On-call 1 week approximately every 6-8 weeks
Qualifications:
