Short Term Rental Property Manager Albany Airbnb Albany, NY Job Details Part-time | Full-time From $20 an hour 3 hours ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Customer communication Attention to detail Stocking Appointment scheduling Venue guest services Property management Full Job Description We are seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Short Term Rental Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our portfolio of 12 short-term rental properties in the Albany area. This is a hands-on role requiring excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to respond quickly to guest and property needs. Responsibilities Conduct routine property inspections to ensure homes meet quality standards Coordinate and manage cleaning teams between guest stays Communicate with guests before, during, and after their stay Respond promptly to guest inquiries and provide exceptional customer service Assist guests with lockouts and urgent issues as needed Coordinate maintenance requests with contractors and vendors Ensure properties are fully stocked and guest-ready Monitor calendars and reservations across multiple booking platforms Help maintain high guest ratings through proactive communication and attention to detail Qualifications Previous experience managing short-term rentals preferred Experience using Airbnb, Booking.com, and VRBO platforms Strong communication and problem-solving skills Highly organized with the ability to multitask Reliable transportation and ability to travel between properties in the Albany area Comfortable handling occasional evening or weekend guest emergencies Experience coordinating cleaners and maintenance vendors is a plus Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who takes ownership, is responsive, and enjoys creating exceptional guest experiences.
