Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Property Manager to lead the oversight and maintenance of our property assets. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation, safety, and efficiency of facilities through proactive management, technical expertise, and leadership. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilities management. As a Property Manager, you will supervise teams and implement strategic initiatives to optimize property performance.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Processing certifications and recertifications Waiting list management Applicant screening and eligibility determination Income and asset calculations Rent collections monitoring Day-to-day property operations
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of LIHTC experience Yardi Voyager experience preferred LIHTC compliance responsibilities
Salary:
$75,000-$80,000
Pay:
$75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
