Job Description

Management company seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee residential properties and work closely with ownership, residents, vendors, and building staff.
Responsibilities include:
Daily management of residential properties Coordination of building repairs, maintenance, and capital projects Preparation and attendance at meetings Communication with residents, vendors, and professionals Oversight of building staff and service contractors Handling violations, complaints, and compliance matters Review and approval of invoices and work orders
Qualifications:
Prior property management experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and manage deadlines Knowledge of residential building operations a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software preferred Competitive compensation offered based on experience.
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
