Job Description
Resident Manager for an apartment complex:
- Will handle leasing of apartments and oversight of daily operations.
- Will be responsible to coordinate property contracts and manage tenant relations.
- Will be asked to perform light maintenance duties to include preparation of vacant apartments, repairs such as light plumbing and electric, grounds keeping and shoveling.
- On-call for emergencies and snow removal, otherwise normal hours are Monday-Friday 7am-4pm. Must be on time and reliable for a full time work schedule.
- Applicant must be able to lift minimum of 50 lbs to perform listed job duties.
