As a Multisite Leasing Manager at The Atwood & Quarry Place with Hines, you will be responsible for overseeing the marketing, advertising, sales activities, and leasing team members for the property. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Actively participate in the leasing process Supervise and manage the property's leasing team members Ensure the achievement of the property's revenue and occupancy goals by directing the marketing, advertising, and sales actives as well as ensure the apartments are available for occupancy Use and create promotional items and technology to communicate with potential prospects and generate revenue Partner with the maintenance team to make sure the property's appearance and safety is up to Hines Residential's standards Review and analyze financial reports pertaining to issues impacting leasing performance Oversee the lease renewal program and the communication process Become a point of reference for any questions residents may have Qualifications Minimum Requirements include: High school education or equivalent from accredited institution Two or more years of experience in residential property management or related industry Sales and/or supervisory experience preferred Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Experience with property management software preferred; Entrada experience a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong customer service orientation Excellent verbal and written communication skills Work indoors approximately 95% of the time and outdoors approximately 5% of the time Use olfactory, auditory, and visual senses to inspect building and detect emergency alarms On occasion, perform physical inspections of the property which may include climbing up and down stairs or accessing restrictive openings Ability to lift up to 25lbs Though occurrences are rare, be accessible 24 hours a day in case of an emergency and perform on-site operations management during natural disasters Transfer properties and work overtime as business needs deem appropriate Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
