Bachelor's Degree required Role Overview ProBrainiac Staffing is seeking a Resident District Manager (RDM) to serve as the senior-most leader overseeing a comprehensive Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) portfolio for a higher education client. This executive-level role is responsible for strategic direction, operational excellence, financial oversight, and long-term partnership development across all facilities disciplines. The RDM will lead a large, unionized workforce and collaborate closely with senior campus leadership, including executives and trustees, to ensure the campus environment supports academic goals, sustainability initiatives, and long-term capital planning. This role requires a visionary IFM leader with strong financial acumen, deep operational expertise, and the ability to influence at the executive level. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary executive liaison to university leadership, shaping long-term facilities strategy and capital planning Lead a multi-disciplinary IFM organization including: Facilities/physical plant Custodial services Grounds maintenance Environmental health & safety Energy management Construction services Oversee an annual operating and capital portfolio exceeding $9M Develop multi-year financial plans, asset lifecycle strategies, and capital investment recommendations Ensure operational excellence across all campus facilities, maintaining safe and high-performing environments Lead construction, renovation, and infrastructure projects from planning through execution Build strong relationships with executives, faculty, staff, students, and union representatives What You Bring 10+ years of leadership experience in Integrated Facilities Management or large-scale operations Proven success managing multi-million-dollar budgets Experience working with unionized teams Strong ability to collaborate with and influence executive stakeholders Deep knowledge of: Facilities operations Construction and project management Asset and lifecycle management Sustainability practices Excellent communication and executive presentation skills Track record of driving operational excellence and leading high-performing teams Position Summary Acts as the central point of contact for a complex, multi-location account Oversees unit management performance including: Budgeting and financial performance Client relations and satisfaction Operational compliance Staff development and training Serves as liaison between corporate leadership and on-site operations teams Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Minimum 5+ years of management experience Minimum 5+ years of functional experience in facilities or operationsPay:
