Job Description

Job Summary:
The Evening Residential Supervisor is responsible for the Dominican Hall residence during the evenings, weekends, and during the absence of the Director/Site Manager. The Evening Residential Supervisor is responsible for the overall coordination, organization and development of the Goshen IRA program. This position has direct and indirect supervision of all residential personnel in the program as well as direct supervision of the Residence Managers and the Assistant Residence Managers.
Duties & Responsibilities:
The Evening Residential Supervisor will carry out the goals and objectives of the agency, institute and promote orientation programs and in-service training programs for members of the residential staff and also delegate areas of the training programs to others when necessary. The Evening Residential Supervisor will be responsible for interviewing applicants for positions in the residential program and make appropriate recommendations. The Evening Residential Supervisor will also be responsible for the development of leadership and give direction and supervision to the staff in the performance of their duties and ensure 24-hour coverage for facility.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree required. One (1) year of supervisory experience and one (1) year of experience in the Developmental Disabilities or Mental Health field is required. A valid non, restricted driver's license is required. Residential experience required especially in behavioral management.
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties for this job the employee is regularly required to communicate clearly and effectively. The employee is required to stand, use mobility, handle, feel or reach. The employee is occasionally required to sit, stoop, kneel or crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and or move up to 25 pounds. On occasion, it may be necessary to lift a greater weight, in which case the employee needs to be able to identify whether or not to ask for assistance.

$65,000.00 per year
