Job Description
Westchester management firm has an opening for an experienced Portfolio Manager in Westchester County/Bronx, New York who is a self-starter. Candidate must possess a minimum of 5 years Cooperative and Condominium Association management experience. Applicant should be service oriented and have the ability to provide outstanding customer service to residents as well as possessing exemplary communication skills. Duties include but are not limited to: supervision of building staff weekly inspections of properties interaction with vendors, residents and board members attendance of monthly and annual board meetings Knowledge of the budgetary process as it pertains to operating and capital expenditure is imperative.
