The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the architectural scope from design development through construction completion, ensuring project delivery within timeline, budget, quality, and regulatoryrequirements. Lead and manage architectural works across the full project lifecycle. Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and authorities on project execution. Review architectural drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and material submissions. Ensure architectural works are carried out according to approved drawings, quality standards, and project schedules. Manage site coordination, technical issues, design changes, and construction challenges. Conduct regular site inspections, progress meetings, and coordination meetings. Liaise with relevant authorities for submissions, approvals, inspections, and compliance matters. Monitor project progress, risk management, cost implications, and resource planning. Support project tendering, budgeting, procurement, and contract administration when required. Ensure compliance with Singapore building regulations, safety requirements, and company standards. Lead and mentor junior architectural coordinators or site teams where applicable. Requirements Degree in Architecture, Architectural Studies, Building, or related discipline. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building construction projects. Experience handling large-scale residential, commercial, mixed-use, institutional, healthcare, or iconic projects will be advantageous.
