Property Manager

Residential Property Manager We are seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a residential apartment community. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, customer-service driven, and capable of leading both office and onsite operations while maintaining high occupancy, strong resident satisfaction, and community standards.

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the community Manage leasing activity, renewals, resident retention, and occupancy goals Supervise office staff and coordinate with maintenance team Handle resident relations, concerns, and conflict resolution professionally Ensure rent collection, delinquency management, and accurate reporting Conduct property inspections to ensure curb appeal and community standards Manage vendor relationships and oversee contracted work Ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing laws, and local regulations Monitor budgets, invoices, and overall property performance

Qualifications:

Prior residential property management experience required Strong leasing, customer service, and organizational skills Knowledge of Fair Housing and landlord/tenant practices preferred Experience with property management software's and Microsoft office Professional communication and leadership abilities Reliable, self-motivated, and detail oriented

Pay:

$52,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
