Job Description

Our client is a Property Management Company looking for a Property Manager with Condominium Experience. The property manager will be responsible for interacting with tenants, landlords, and owners. Attend Board Meetings Manage Multiple Properties Handle inspections Meet with the
Board of Directors Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of management experience working with Boards of Community Associations. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to multi-task and follow up effectively. Prior experience overseeing community governance, financial management, and property maintenance.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary $80,000 - $90,000 Company smart phone and laptop computer. Generous benefit package includes medical, dental, long-term disability, life insurance, 401K with a 25% company match for the maximum contribution allowed by law.
