Job Description

Strong Entrepreneurial Experience Building positive relationships with prospective and current tenants Overseeing the timely and successful completion of maintenance requests Showing properties to prospective tenants and answering relevant questions Preparing and executing detailed and legally compliant lease agreements Overseeing all financial procedures including verifying renter income, processing monthly payments and executing default protocols Creating organizational systems to support accurate record keeping, efficient financial transactions and prompt renter complaint resolution opportunity for advancement/partnership very generous compensation for the right candidate. Summary As a Senior Property Manager, you will be a key player in overseeing property management operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations. With core skills in customer service and knowledge of Fair Housing regulations, you will ensure a high level of service and compliance. Your premium skills in Rentmanager, Yardi, and legal administrative experience will be essential in managing complex landlord-tenant issues and maximizing property performance. Leveraging your relevant skills in negotiation, contracts, and office management, you will excel in maintaining efficient property operations and fostering positive tenant owner and vendor relationships. $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
