Job Description

Portfolio Manager - Community Association Management Join a Growing Property Management Company That Values Leadership, Professionalism, and Growth Are you an experienced property manager looking for more than just another job? We are seeking a motivated and professional Portfolio Manager to oversee a portfolio of condominium and homeowner associations throughout the Hudson Valley and Northern New Jersey region. If you're organized, self-motivated, enjoy working with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Manage a portfolio of condominium and homeowner associations. Build strong relationships with Boards of Directors and homeowners. Conduct routine property inspections and identify maintenance needs. Coordinate vendors, contractors, and capital improvement projects. Attend evening Board meetings as assigned. Prepare management reports and Board meeting materials. Assist with budgeting, financial oversight, and reserve planning. Enforce governing documents while delivering exceptional customer service. Coordinate emergency response when necessary. Utilize AppFolio and other technology platforms to efficiently manage your portfolio. What We're Looking For Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously. Professional demeanor with sound judgment and problem-solving skills. Experience in community association, property, or facilities management is preferred.
