Responsibilities:
The Assistant Community Manager supports the Community Manager in creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for residents while effectively promoting the property and its benefits to prospective tenants. Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, including HUD, DHCR, HFA, Fair Housing, ADA, OSHA, and all federal, state, and local laws related to multifamily housing Process move-ins, move-outs, and security deposit documentation using property management software Maintain organized and accurate resident and property files, including verifications, lease renewals, and collections Assist with lease renewals, prepare necessary documentation, and coordinate interim and annual recertifications Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in affordable housing (HUD, LIHTC, RD required) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software Strong leasing, financial, and bookkeeping skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Positive, confident demeanor with the ability to interact effectively with diverse populations CRM Rental Management, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
