Unity House of Troy is seeking a Non-Residential Prevention Program Director to oversee a team supporting individuals impacted by domestic & sexual violence, particularly at the intersection of weapons violence. This role requires a thoughtful leader who can guide staff through complex cases while ensuring high-quality, trauma-informed services. Position may be eligible for a sign on bonus Responsibilities Provide supervision and oversight to staff supporting victims of domestic violence Guide staff through complex and high-risk cases and monitor case progress Assist staff with problem-solving, systems navigation, and resource coordination Ensure compliance with contracts, funding requirements, and regulatory standards Participate in a rotating on-call schedule, including some evenings and weekends Promote a culture of inclusion, belonging, and professional growth Qualifications Bachelor's degree and at least three (3) years of relevant experience preferred High school diploma required Minimum of one (1) year of supervisory experience Valid and clean NYS driver's license and reliable transportation
